Over 60 years ago, the baking began at 399 Manukau Rd, Epsom. In 2001 a contemporary outlet was opened in Takapuna (3 Taharoto Rd) to service the North Shore. This was followed in 2002 with our store at 309 Botany Road, Botany Downs and we opened another Auckland store in Henderson (155 Lincoln Road) in May 2004. In December 2005 we expanded to Tauranga with a brand new store at 610 Cameron Road.
In 2006, we opened the first Eves Pantry Café offering at Sylvia Park. The second opened in March 2007 on the corner of Elliott and Darby Streets in Auckland's CBD. Our Albany store is now open in Westfield Albany. Cafè LocationsEves Pantry has given the traditional bakery fit out an extreme makeover. Starting with its Sylvia Park location, which opened in June of 2006, Eves has created a new category in bakery: the bakery café. |
